Inside Sales Trainer UK (m/f)
As Inside Sales Trainer UK (m/f) you drive staff performance improvement through effective application of coaching
You co-operate closely with the team leader
You conceptualise the induction program for the new employees
You design and hold workshops (questioning technique, dealing with complaints)
You create training documents and further materials
You analyse the developments of our employees and offer specific solutions
You report to the Management Board
You have excellent English and fluent German language skills
You successfully completed your professional education and have recognised coaching qualifications
You have gained minimum 1 year experience in phone based sales training and ideally worked for 3 years in sales beforehand
You are known for your hands-on mentality and you love to get things done
You enjoy communicating and have a talent to inspire others
You understand the impact that a successful coach has on performance improvement and results
